Director of Aviation Programs

Elena Brooks

Elena spent a decade as an airline training captain, qualifying first officers on jet fleets across two continents. At Aerocrest she designs every syllabus and pairs each student with the instructor and aircraft that fit their pace.

Her mentorship program follows graduates into their first airline interviews — which is why Aerocrest holds a 98% graduate placement record. Students describe her briefings as tough, fair and unforgettable.
